The vagina is enticing - warm, wet; repellent - moist, odorous; terrifying - an unknown space hidden inside the body.

Beaver Lux examines western taboos surrounding female sexuality and the vagina. A collage aesthetic creates a surreal, occasionally sinister environment taking the viewer on a journey through three chapters, each dealing with a specific taboo: the cloaca concept, the notion of ‘obscene’ and the myth of the vagina dentata.
